Only registration is available through portal. They force you to download the app if you need to login. I forgot my password and multiple incorrect attempts locked my account and there is no instructions on how many days will it be locked or the process to unlock it. ‘Forgot Password’ doesn’t send any email, even after multiple such attempts. Creating a ticket through app throws ‘Internal Server Error’ without providing any details.

I created a Husk Wellness account through IBX. The experience online was also poor. I was not allowed to create my own password. When I tried to use the app, it wouldn’t let me personalize a password and is going to make report “Forgot password.” Does it not allow me to connect my Fitbit? This was seamless with Horizon Blue Cross through Virgin Pulse/Personify. Can I not use the Husk Wellness app? Do I have to go through the IBX app?
