Room For Improvement
The lock was easy to install and the app was easy to set up. There are a couple of areas where the app could use improvement. 1) Push notifications to confirm the door is locked or unlocked 2) An on screen indicator to show the lock is either locked or unlocked.

Security issues
The app and lock were very easy to setup. However there were no directions on how to lock the door from the outside using the keypad. Also, I am not getting push notifications of when the door is locked or unlocked. I agree with most reviews the Home Screen should state whether or not the door is locked or unlocked when opening the app. The Face ID required to open the app hardly works. If you use the Face ID to open the app, then close the app, the Face ID is not engaged if you reopen the app. Makes me feel a bit unsafe knowing the app can be opened without a passcode/ Face ID. Also the remote unlock is not working. So don’t rely on it to let someone in if you’re away. Recommend getting a different door system
