Development of crisis intervention applications for mobile devices RPSD is a crisis intervention mobile app that includes a comprehensive kit of crisis management guidelines. This model is referred to as the RPSD Crisis Intervention Model. The RPSD crisis model is comprised of four stages in the crisis management process: "R" for rapport, "P" for assessment, "S" for support, and "D" for action force, as well as integrated client values, culture, and spirituality. The crisis intervention guidelines module was developed because of the integration of the RPSD crisis model's four stages. While the intensity of the crisis is determined by instruments or measuring instruments. This instrument evaluates the client's crisis in terms of both severity and symptoms.
