Horrible
I tried to purchase a Deutschland Ticket from this app and it would only show Sepa payment, but no debit or creditcard option. Access Problems: I could access the website with my password, but it would not work on the app. No phone number to call for support. When I tried to purchase again, I received error and no opportunity to contact any support. Horribly disrespectful and lack of basic function.

Mein Deutschland Ticket erscheint nicht in der App
Nachdem ich meine Deutschland Ticket am 24.4. gekauft hatte, gültig ab 1.5.2025, war ich nicht in der Lage, das Ticket in der Deutschlandticket App zu sehen, egal welche Schritte, Umwege, Restarts usw ich probierte. Ich habe die Ticket Schliesslich in mein Apple-Wallet hingekriegt, aber nur nachdem ich die Ticket in meinem Google-Wallet, was ich nie benutze. Der ganze Weg scheint ziemlich Buggy zu sein. Ich habe also meine Ticket nun im Apple-Wallet, und noch immer nicht in der DeutschlandTicket.app, aber ist ist mir nun egal. Funktioniert hatte es nie.
