Terrible app
The app is even more useless then the web page. We need to be able to easily upload documents, which we can’t. Which requires us to visit the office in person wasting tons of energy and time. The app is a complete waste.

I put in an application and changes have not received the results four months ago the system has not made caseworker aware can’t get the PDF to show up not useful tools
