Georgia Communicare

Georgia Communicare is a set of interconnected web portals designed to support and enhance child welfare programs within the State of Georgia. It serves three primary user groups – Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs), foster parents, and parents. Georgia Communicare seamlessly integrates with Georgia SHINES, the existing system of record for all of Georgia’s child welfare information, to ensure efficient and secure data management and communication.

Georgia Communicare features include chat capabilities, multi-channel notifications, mobile friendly access, secure data management, child data and case documentation access, document upload and sharing, calendar sharing, and appointment creation.
