Zen Yoga & Wellness

Here at Zen, we are focused on bringing total wellness to the community, in both mind and body. The classes, workshops, and instructors all reflect that mission. We offer a variety of yoga classes, Pilates, and Barre. There are also frequent workshops including Sound Meditation, Yoga for Beginners, and more.
