Great Concept But App Could Use Improvement
It’s great that I no longer have to deal with no more stolen packages, but run into errors in the App 80% of the time when I try retrieving the scan code at pickup . I have to keep clicking several times and will abruptly sign me out and then have to sign back in to finally get the scan code. Also would be nice if there is a way to add a nickname for each package bc I forget which package is what and then have to dig back to my emails to look for.

Not worth it - a premium package I needed was returned to sender across the country because usps didn’t recognize that the location received packages for others. The customer service on the app was so bad it would have been just as effective for me to scream into an endless void; which may have been less infuriating and more cathartic.
