One Problem
Given the fact that the subscription just gives you access to more time options, I feel like it should be a one time purchase instead of a subscription. Oh and you should make it available on the apple watch!

The fastest way to calm
Cyclic sighs is the fastest way to calm yourself. But to become “stress proof”, I recommend tons of cardio & HRV biofeedback. Here’s my protocol: 1. Cyclic sighs (5 mins) 2. HRVB (20 mins) I do HRVB with mindfulness in the Optimal HRV app for even more benefits. Quick pro tip: Stack neuromodulation to shortcut calm. I personally use Vagus Nerve Stimulation (Hoolest Verelief) and pair it with cyclic sighs. Try it for a month and see how much it changes your life. You can also stack PBM, CES, tDCS & bright light therapy for anxiety/depression treatment. Cold plunges done twice a week for 11 mins total make you even more stress proof.
