The Ruby 2.0 app is frustratingly slow, unreliable, and seems stuck in time—literally. There haven’t been any meaningful updates in over a year, and it shows. Messages lag, call logs take forever to load, and push notifications often fail. It feels like a hybrid app that was never optimized for real business use. If you rely on Ruby for real-time communication with customers, this app will slow you down and hurt your responsiveness. Until they actually fix it—or release a native rebuild—avoid at all costs.
