Radix+ Service is an app for processing service requests, consisting of the following functions, among others:
• Assignment of tickets to technicians
• Offline and online mode
• Assignment of tickets/activities by serial number
• Entry of new tickets during service call
• Posting of material consumption at service call
• Ordering of materials via the app during service calls
• Closing ticket with signature
