Infominds Smart Todo

Smart Todo lets collaborators to create and manage tasks in an agile and smart way.

A task (todo) includes a title, a short description, and a task priority. Media (images, audio, video, documents) can also be attached so that those who need to complete the task have all the necessary info.

Collaborators are organized into departments and roles so that todos can be assigned either to the individual collaborator or by department.

The collaborator who takes over the task locks it so that it is not available to other collaborators. In closing, a note can be added.

Completing the application is the screen with a history of all completed tasks, filtered by role.
