QR code doesn’t load

The app stopped working about 1 day ago. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. When I try to sign in I get an error message. I can’t connect to my phone.

Neat camera but the app needs work

Updated review 4/6/2025: I’ve now had this camera a little over a year and it’s stopped connecting to their server. So now I have a camera I can’t see or do anything with. Save your money on this one. I wish I could adjust the sensitivity because I get tons of pictures of nothing. And the feature where it talks about squirrel recognition does not work. I have tons of pictures of the squirrel eating the seed and the alarm to scare them off doesn’t go off on its own. Now if you’re watching the camera you can set off the alarm manually and then it works. The lid to the feeder is plastic and the squirrel kept ripping the lid off and chewing the inside of the feeder looking for food. I had to hook up some wires so the squirrel couldn’t get the lid off. And you can tell the people who made this app don’t speak English as a first language because sometimes when I go to do things the options it gives me don’t make sense because it’s using an incorrect word. I think the camera itself is good though. Although a few weeks ago I had a day where it would not connect to the app no matter what I did and then randomly The next day it did. It’s been fine ever since. So maybe just be aware of these issues when purchasing.

Worked for a month, now won’t save anything.

App worked great for a month, now it won’t save anything on my SD card or the cloud, even though I pd for a year of storage. I have restarted and reloaded everything, didn’t help.
