Subscription Cancellation:
- For Apple Users: Please manually open the iOS "Settings" → enter "iTunes Store and App Store" → click "Apple ID," select "View Apple ID," enter the "Account Settings" page, then click "Subscribe," and select Hibird FlipUp subscription to cancel.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Payment:
- Payment will be charged to your App Store upon confirmation of purchase.
Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation:
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds:
- All charges are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.

Lots of features
Good app. Allows 1080p, 2k, 4k, slow-mo recording. You can change zoom 1x-4x. AI species identification with $4.50/mo subscription. Sound feature has bird chirps to call birds, talk to camera or alarm tone to scare off squirrels. Adjustable shooting interval to control number of videos taken. Many other features to customize notifications, log number of visits by species, etc. Crystal-clear videos. Don’t understand the bad reviews, really good app.

Good and Bad
The quality of the camera is great, but the app not so much. It takes forever to connect to the camera live. Also, they recently changed the interface. When you choose Timeline to scroll videos for a particular day, you only get about 30% of the bottom of the screen to scroll. The rest of the screen is taken up by the space usage notification and dates to choose from. It makes it very difficult to scroll through the videos. You get like one and a half, maybe two at a time.

So far, over an hour trying to connect and the instructions were clearly written by someone who understands software - but not humans. Garbage.

Cool！
I have been paying attention to bird feeders for a long time. Eventually, I chose this camera because of its exquisite appearance and DIY feature from Hibird. The high-definition photos and smooth video connection it presents make me feel that it's worth the money. Now, I can watch the conditions of the little birds in the backyard anytime and anywhere without disturbing them. Moreover, its battery life is also reliable, lasting up to 7 days without charging. Overall, I really like this camera. It's so cool!

Good app
I love this app for my bird feeder camera. I have been experiencing some mild glitches. When I select the AI bird category it kicks me out of the app every time.
