the app allows clients to check in with their coach ensuring full accountability and support. weekly check ins with progress picture upload, check in form, full work out log, nutrition log and plans all available within the app and allowing full support from your coach to help support and achieve your goals.

In app purchases for training and nutrition plans will be available which enables access to training and nutrition log.

Full coaching plans bespoke to each individual will be available.
