Gets boring
I am 49 days in and I am waiting for my 3 month subscription to be over then I will be deleting it. I really loved the app in the beginning the exercises are great and progressive so it starts easy to give you confidence and gets you into daily exercises. You can just do a quick 10 minute daily exercise or you can add on challenges. It’s a great way to get into exercising and I’m really glad I started with this. But there is not enough variety in the daily exercises. I think it would be better if you can skip out on the daily exercises and only select challenges.
