How unfortunate
Spent too much on a system with a terrible app and app support. Disappointed.

Please add a fast forward
This app is so limited. Allowing for fast forward would be an improvement. There’s no ability to filter to people on the app either. There’s so little app functionality, it makes fantastic cameras unhelpful.

No Speed up function
There is no speed up function during Playback on the app, most cheaper systems have this option why a system that is this advanced doesn’t have it is beyond me. Was told that it was in the works, but that was months ago.

Extremely Disappointed, horrible app, no iPad support
Where to begin, not impressed with the app and the lag it takes to connect to cameras. I’m experiencing lag connecting directly to the local ip vs using the p2p connection. The app crashed my iPad Pro running iOS 15.5.1 and after an hour with support I’m told the iPad isn’t supported. What kind of trash product this is when it won’t support iPad. SMH “DO NOT BUY”
