Having a problem

Since I updates my phone my nvms7000 app stopped working so I googled why and I guess they changed the name to this or whatever so I downloaded this app and now I can’t get it to work

Playback Never Works

Playback never works when we need to access important same-day footage. Tried to access using multiple different WiFi and cellular to no avail. Consistent issue.
