Playback Never Works

Playback never works when we need to access important same-day footage. Tried to access using multiple different WiFi and cellular to no avail. Consistent issue.

Time and date stamp

I have tried numerous times to correct the time and date appearing in the playback. The dates are not consistent with video. Very confusing. Video plays showing me taking out the trash can and a few hours later trash can disappears back in its normal spot without anyone moving it (timestamp same day) then it appears again back at the end of the driveway as if I took it out again. With the same time.. How?

Horrible setup

Horribly laid out app and confusing to use. The previous version was much more user friendly. This one is more like user stay away.

Cameras offline

Loved this app until late Oct 2025. Worked great, could watch, and review as much as I wanted. But since then, app says my cameras or “offline” but they show on my big monitor, not the app. Very disappointed at this time with the app.

Can’t even open the app today. Does this often.

All day today I have not been able to even open the app on my ipad. I click it and it goes right back to the home screen. But working fine on my iphone.
