Lagree- Strength Redefined. A full-body strength workout that's intentional and slow, focusing on controlled movements and muscle engagement. Challenging your body to its core, sculpting lean muscles, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall strength. Our Lagree classes provide a sanctuary of mindfulness, where you can tune into your body, build resilience, and discover your inner power.
