Laser is decent. App is horrible
I don’t have experience with other fiber lasers but I’ve gotten good results from this one and never had issues with reliability. That said, the good results are using Lightburn, which I had to send the laser back to China to activate. Now that it runs on Lightburn none of my accessories (rotary chuck, slider) work. They told me those are I’ll never be compatible with Lightburn so I’m stuck trying to use this horrible app again. Honestly it’s better to pay a bit more and get a more pro laser that works 100% with laser software.

I expected better
Seriously. You folks really need to up your game. You’re driving a 20W fiber laser with an app off your phone. In order to do that you better come correct. Your app won’t allow more then a single line of text? Are you kidding me? So I can only engrave ONE LINE? And how do I upload vectors to use. Or change fonts? This app is a shell. Please fix.
