Login is broken
I buy tickets on their website after being forced to reset my password, despite using a password manager. After buying tickets, I try to login to the app on the phone but credentials don’t work. That’s a pretty big fail on purpose and functionality.

Finicky Password Acceptance
I experienced this several times already. I absolutely type in the correct password & it doesn’t accept it. I’ve even written it down the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th time it happened & it still said wrong PW. Every time you reset your PW, it makes you create one you’ve *never* used before making it really annoying to constantly make a new one whenever you want to log in. I think it’s just a glitch, but after experiencing it 4 times I really dislike that part of the service. I love everything else about Dodge Ridge though. It’s actually my home mountain when I’m not traveling.
