A joke
I have been trying for a month to cancel my subscription! I cannot log into the app and the links I was sent do not work!

No app support
I want to use the app but after creating an account I get the error “API Error Error updating user” with the option for “OK” and it doesn’t let me move forward. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but the issue persists. I’ve emailed bio coach support but haven’t received a response. The app support link through the Apple Store takes me to a webpage on Biocoach that doesn’t even exist. What kind of support is this?? I really like the idea of this app but get your support system together!!
