We go through a multitude of debilitating emotions on a daily basis: anxiety, fear, phobias, irritation, isolation, or just feeling down for no particular reason.
Most of these emotions are not congruent with our current life; in fact, they are outdated predictions from the brain.
How does EmRes® work?
The EmRes® app offers three ways to update these outdated predictions so that similar situations will not trigger them in the future.
1- You can listen to two recordings that will introduce you to a Self-EmRes experience and help you resolve an emotional difficulty in the moment when you experience it.
2- You can learn Self-EmRes through videos and guided recordings to become completely autonomous and take charge of your emotional health.
3- If some emotions feel too big or too scary to resolve on your own, you can work with certified practitioners, live, and have them support you integrating these difficult emotions. You will also have access to the practitioner through a Chat.

This app is for absolutely everybody, as we are all experiencing emotional challenges of some sorts.
It is a combination of videos, recordings, live support from certified practitioners and access to a workbook so you can keep track of your journey toward more emotional peace.
