Hi, I’m Soha Panah, the founder of Dryp By Soha. My passion for fitness and commitment to movement led me to create the Dryp Method. Physical fitness has always been a key part of my life, having danced at a young age, taught Turbo Kickboxing (TKB) throughout my college years, and transitioned into hot yoga as an adult. With this vast and varied experience, I created my classes that blend everything I love about fitness: movement, energy, and spiritual rejuvenation.
When I was a young girl I was diagnosed with scoliosis and had to have spinal surgery. It was certainly an eye opening experience for someone in the 8th grade. In fact, a bit traumatic because no one told me how much pain I would be or how this would affect my relationship with physical activity. They also didn’t tell me that I was going to “come down” from all the pain meds. I remember crying in my mom’s closet speaking to my aunt, wondering why I felt the way I did. This experience helped shape me into who I am today. It made me physically strong but more importantly, mentally strong.
I spent years looking for the right class, one that gave me everything I needed in an hour. I didn’t want to take a HIIT class and then go to a yoga class so I could feel how I wanted in my body. I wanted to be efficient with my time, focus on results , and, most importantly, have fun!
10 years later, Dryp By Soha was born. I want to help clients become stronger both physically and mentally in an authentic and relatable way . I hope to encourage a disciplined practice that motivates each person to grow as an individual and offer something they can do everyday.
