Developed specifically for military personnel, the App aims to optimize holistic fitness and performance by enhancing attention and working memory. The App is grounded in extensive published research with high-demand groups, including US Military cohorts from multiple services. While existing mindfulness training apps and programs are both too resource-intensive and not contextualized for the military, Pushups for the Mind.mil offers a time-efficient training path designed for military service members.
