I was a little nervous about giving this a try but I’m so glad I did!! The app is so easy to use and kept us updated on the driver's arrival. Our driver was friendly and got us to our appointment in plenty of time. We will definitely use this service again! It’s great - thank you GBT!

this is a super helpful app!! as a young person without a car, i would have to frequently miss practice or work since i don’t have a way to bring myself. but gbt connect gives me a reliable, cheap service that i can use whenever i need. it’s such a life saver and i hope it stays running for a long time!
