GPS and Time

I was waiting at the pickup spot that the APP generated and the ride was canceled even though I WAS THERE. they don’t even wait a full minute very inconvenient. I guess this is what u get for such a cheap price but this still isn’t justifiable

Bro they drop me off far away from my destination it’s so dumb and also with the pick up it dosent pick me up or drop me off at an exact location like uber or Lyft

The worst

Honestly these people don’t care if your going to work or not and when they come pick you up the leave if they don’t see you they don’t even wait for one minute unbelievable.

Over an hour wait and no space

The driver was absolutely rude and purposely picked us up late. I thought that the app was glitching due to the cab showing up all over the map but I came to realize that he purposely didn’t pick us up dissipate the fact of ordering the ride share 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance. Two more rides (pick up spots) appeared during our wait time and he went to them instead. When it finally arrived, to make matters worse the car was filled with only on seat left when I ordered for three seats. When I asked what happened and why isn’t there any room for my kids when I ordered for a three passenger ride he laughed at me and said I don’t know. Absolutely disgusting. I lost all confidence and respect for this app.
