Unable to log in
I have been unable to use the app. When trying to log in, it says the login has failed. If I choose to look up my user name, I am able to successfully log in? But the screen is all white except for a blue background arrow. After waiting several minutes, I tapped the arrow and it brought me back to the login screen.

The app requires a mandatory 396MB download. After that it enters an infinite loop of “uncompressing” said downloaded file. Tried to download/uncompress/reinstall multiple times.
