Not work, not free, bad quality, monthly subscription 👎 really¿?
I ordered the device just for the translator! Not work, I downloaded the app, pair both the charging case and the earphones one at a time! Bad quality - The earphones battery dies in less than a minute and it's not free, you have to pay a monthly fee 👎

Cool technology. Having problems with connecting pods to my phone. The case says the pods aren’t connected.

Can’t get nothing in English to figure out device. Says not connected when it is and get for translation help n see no option for it

I don’t understand
I purchased the earbuds and was excited. However they don’t pair easily or stay on bluetooth. Also I downloaded the app. It’s all in Chinese. I don’t speak Chinese. I don’t know if there is even a way to change it to U.S. English. Totally disappointed.
