Claim submission is broken
Although claims submission through app is a good idea, the implementation has a major mistake. When filling in a Provider name that is not on the list, the app throws an error “Please select Provider from the list”. However, selecting a Provider that is not included in the list is allowed when submitting the Claim on the website, so clearly, this should be possible via app as well. This is easily fixable and I would have hoped that AON would have already corrected this at this point.
