Coins Expire Without Warning
I received a notification today, saying that my coins expire today and I should redeem them. I immediately logged into the app, but the coins have already expired. I emailed HPB about it, they claimed “Please be informed that you received three notifications regarding your expiring coins: one 14 days before the expiration, another 7 days before, and a final notification on the day the rewards expire.” I replied that I only received the last notification, and only AFTER THE COINS EXPIRED, and HPB stopped replying me. Please don’t waste your time with this app. Unlike Healthy365 where everyone is participating and there is a higher level of scrutiny, LumiHealth will just expire your coins without warning so HPB don’t have to pay out the rewards they promised.
