Deceiving Company that turned its back on its supporters

Horrible company, tricked customers into buying even reality G1s when the new glasses were only a month away. All they needed or wanted was funding. Never again would purchase from this company. They couldn’t even deliver on half of the things they promised and never updated

Awesome Concept - Needs Improvement

Update 12/7/25: even is basically abandoning G1 in favor of G2 now so no more significant updates other than general support…very disappointed since they went back on their commitment and also never made this open sourced like they said they would This is an awesome idea and I love my glasses, but definitely needs more development and improvement. The Even AI seems to lack certain functionality like knowing your location when you ask it a question like that’s the weather going to be, and it also gives it to you in Celsius and not Fahrenheit even if your settings reflect that. The voice command features should be expanded so that you can pull up your quick notes or notifications. Would also be great if there was a way to actually respond to text messages.

Teleprompter…

Focus on improving the teleprompter. That’s what makes the G1 (or next model) stand out from ALL other smart glasses. Suggestion: 1) For those who wear corrective lenses (including contact lenses) use their prescription to make adjustment to “distance.” 2) When teleprompter is activated, automatically silence all incoming calls. 3) Allow for changes to size of font in teleprompter mode. 4) Bring the “screen” to center of the lenses for future Glasses…Teleprompter will trump notifications. I love the product and hope you guys do well.

What a great app with this marvelous pair of glasses. I highly recommend 3 changes which could enhance the glasses wearing experience. 1. Feature to automatically detect a language and translate it to whatever language you select. 2. A feature where you hold down a button on your phone (physical or onscreen) to use Even AI without using the touch-bar or saying “Hey Even”. 3. A way that notifications can be closed or opened by tilting your head certain directions. I love everything else about this! Thanks for a great product.
