Our team are based in New Zealand, and have worked with thousands of people all over the world who are grieving. Through their advice and recommendations, we have put this app together. We hope it can help in some small way.
We acknowledge all kinds of grief – whether it is grief due to bereavement, caring for someone ageing or unwell, loss through dementia, health or physical disability, childlessness or loss during a pregnancy, grief due to divorce or relationship ending, or loss of a pet. Our tools help you to cope with the ongoing stress, fatigue, and anxiety that grief can cause.

Basically useless
The same old boilerplate information about self-care, a little space for five-minute journaling, and a “community” that mainly consists of people talking past each other in the comments section without really interacting with each other. Plus a lot of validation about “it’s normal to feel this way” but no real helpful advice. The same old impersonal stuff that you can find within five minutes of Googling and provides no real support or substance.
