The Er Fitness Method is an online fitness platform designed to help women build a leanEr, strongEr, healthiEr body through fun & effective on-the-go workouts and fresh recipes. The Er Method features creative workout formats personally lead by me, Casie Allan, the owner & creator of this fitness platform, a mom of two, former NFL Cheerleader and fitness professional. My workouts range from 25- 35 minutes in length and incorporate light hand & ankle weights to sculpt lean, long muscles throughout the body. With a focus on Barre, Pilates & Sculpt movement formats, we use music and tempos to propel our bodies through a fitness journey unlike any other. I’ve been doing ER Fitness method for a few months and love this app and improvements. Casie does a great job with making sure her clients have the best program and app available to make it easy to do the workouts anywhere!
