Apparently I had been using the old app which was awful. This one works well enough on mobile for most things.

Useless
What a useless app, try to find a ticket. Why would you sort the tickets by oldest first and not give people an option to sort ? I don’t need to see tickets from 2022 at the top and scroll for days trying to find the new ticket

Cannot use
Please fix this broken app. It currently is stuck on loading screen. After uninstalling and reinstalling it still will not work.
