Don’t try to get a refund that’s for sure
I wanted to go see Arcadia Earth. I looked for dates ij Boulder Co. there were non but I notice there were still dates available in Lakewood. I jumped on those tickets but the almost immediately after I finished purchasing the tickets, I noticed it was in Lakewood Washington not Colorado. I immediately searched for a way to cancel. I ended up having to leave an email but it was the weekend so no one could get back to me until Monday (odd) so I waited and someone contacted me Feb 3rd, the event was Feb 4th. She asked for all the information regarding my purchased and I emailed it back to her. I didn’t hear back from anyone until after the event and I was informed that I couldn’t cancel them. So I spent $100 on tickets that Day had no way of getting to or even transferring them to a friend living in Washington. They offered to give me tickets to a different date for the event but there’s nothing in Colorado at all… just two events to a night club. So I’m pretty disappointed in this app and the service the company provides. This was literally the fastest I have every thrown money away. It’s sucks Renee Anderson

Literally cant even open the app
Randomly this app has started to crash the instant i launch it i cannot in any form recommend fixr the only reason i use it is because there is a complete lack of any alternative to it at my university
