Cannot log in
The app won’t let me log in and just refreshes the log in screen. When I tried to request a new password, nothing ever appears. I can’t even delete and reinstall or create a new account because it’s tied to my phone number.

Awful and then your ticketed
The app does not work most of the time. Try 4 or 5 times then give up and SEPTA CHARGES U $15!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

Would be great if Apple Pay just worked. Tend to have to close app multiple times before it works.

Impossible to Use
This app used to work really well. Not sure what changed but it’s an absolute headache now. It frequently malfunctions and refuses to take payment, even though my bank approved the transaction. I can’t save my card information from the payment screen or my account settings, so you have to type in your card information every day, usually multiple times per day before the stars align and it actually processes the payment. Incredibly frustrating battle every morning as part of my daily commute. Whoever SEPTA is contracting for the app (I believe Flowbird) deserves to have their contract terminated.
