Horrible app for a great service
Incredibly horrible interphase and UI experience, takes two clicks to go to the next cell, password expiring for a bus ticketing app, all around horrible user experience, ridiculous annoying to create and maintain account. Garbage.

Map takes forever to open, if at all. Buses are shown that do not actually exist. Can’t rely on arrival times shown.

The city of Philadelphia needs to get their things in order. You can’t even make an account. Too many errors. Who ever coded this needs to go back to school.

Key Tix not working consistently
When activating a purchased key ticket, it does not show the QR code to scan and yet counts it as used!!! I had 4 key tickets and when I activated one, it simply changed the amount to 3 and never showed the QR to scan for transit! I have lost over $10 in tickets because of this. It seems to work fine during the day but almost always has issues at night. Very disappointing and upsetting trying to use as stop gap for my card expiring. :(
