Alliance CARE is a Substitute Pools management application for web and mobile devices. Using Alliance CARE, Substitute Agencies that focus on Early Childhood Education substitute placement can onboard substitutes, manage licensing portfolios to ensure regulatory compliance, interact with ECE Providers who request sub placement via the solution, and assign substitutes to meet their staffing needs. Substitutes can receive placement requests via their mobile app, and then Accept or Decline the placement instantly. One the day of the placement that can track their time via the app, and at the end of the day submit feedback on the placement to their agency.
