Do better rely

In a competitive world you guys need to do better. Better with accepting claims for people and making it easier for contractors to use and more better communication. I work with rely and I see claims get denied for no apparent reasons. It’s sad to see that. Do better rely this is a competition with other companies…!!!

Not useful at all

They force all contractors to use this poorly designed app, as if we were their W-2 employees rather than independent contractors, which we are not. That makes no sense and feels very strange. The app is impossible and extremely inconvenient to use. Who came up with this? Now, after my technicians upload the diagnoses into our internal company system, I’m forced to open an emulator, launch this half-baked app, and upload the same diagnoses from there instead of just working normally.
