Didn’t pay many for the job
I worked with Front Door Pro at the beginning of the year. In February, they announced they were shutting down and promised to pay for all completed jobs. Unfortunately, they never paid for 7–8 jobs I completed, nor did they reimburse me for parts I purchased. Their phone line was disconnected, and there’s been no way to reach them since. Be cautious if you’re considering working with them. In my personal experience, I lost money and time, and the contract offers no real protection.

Terrible customer service
Waited two days for service person to show up. Never happened. I was told that I didn’t need a model number, then the next day after waiting for them to arrive they called and canceled saying they needed a model number. Two days wasted. Phone help worst ever Don’t use this company. T Doran MD

Techs Beware!!
This company will hold money for repairs already completed and you will have to jump through hoops to get your money weeks later. The tech support is horrible and they don’t take notes. Nobody never knows what’s going on.

The app doesn’t work!
It doesn’t work, it is not uploaded on the web, on the android, on the iOS! The design is so confusing, they definitely need improve UX , a lot of unnecessary actions! Our technician couldn’t find where to click to get payment, and to take card info there is a tone of info that need to be entered manually, so they really need to work on the app! A lot of time there is a glitch and the app doesn’t show jobs, just empty page.
