Best mower I’ve ever used!

The app is fantastic, support listens to their users, and is constantly adding new features. One feature in particular we asked for, was the ability to access the on-board camera system on the mower, and boy did BestMow deliver! If you don’t have a lot of time for mowing, consider BestMow, you won’t regret it!

I couldn’t be happier with my BESTMOW robot mower. From the start, the customer service has been fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to help with any setup questions I had. The mower itself has quickly become one of my favorite tools. It’s surprisingly easy to maintain, simple to clean, and changing the blades takes almost no effort. When it’s out working, it cuts with near silence, so I can enjoy my yard or even take calls without any background noise. One of my favorite features is the live view, which lets me keep an eye on its progress right from my phone. I can also adjust the cutting height or change its mowing direction on the fly, which makes it very customizable for my lawn’s needs. I have three separate lawn areas, and the BESTMOW handles them all with ease. It navigates smoothly, detects animals or obstacles in its path for safety, and never fails to leave a clean, even cut. While it works, I get to relax or focus on other projects, and I can’t count the number of times neighbors or passersby have stopped to ask me about it. All in all, this mower has taken a time-consuming chore off my hands and replaced it with a smart, quiet, and reliable solution. If you’ve ever thought about investing in a robot mower, I can confidently say that the BESTMOW is worth every penny. I absolutely love mine.

Add feature

Need to add feature so we can adjust the speed of the mower cause sometimes it misses the grass and have to redo areas . Maybe just have a 5 different speeds to the way it rolls

Locked Out of My Mower, No Support from BestMow

I bought a used BestMow robotic mower and it worked fine for three weeks—until the company rolled out an activation code system. Since I bought it secondhand, I didn’t have a code and the mower became unusable. I can’t get past the activation code first page on the app. When I contacted customer support, they were rude and accused me of being scammed or stealing the unit, despite me having proof of purchase. They refused to help or offer any solution. If you’re considering a robotic mower, I strongly recommend looking at other brands that actually support their customers and respect secondhand ownership.
