Reset Password

The app will not let you reset your password because after putting in a temporary password sent to the registered email you are not able to hit enter to go to the next screen to complete the set up. This is a bug that needs to be fixed asap.

Can’t even register on their app

Wasnt able register because it wouldn’t let me past entering a password. It said I had invalid password before i even entered one. So i went thru the forgot password, got a code, keyed it in, but then no way to hit enter/send. No enter button. What the heck!

Nice and easy app

The app is so much easier to use than the control panel on the actual diffuser.

Bluetooth stopped connecting

At first, it was working fine and then afterwards the Bluetooth stopped connecting.
