Not worth it
Once you agree to the yearly subscription it allows you a free trial of 14 days. Unfortunately there isn’t much to the app that makes it worth the $6ish a month or $25ish a year. You can only track “compulsions”, anxiety, and response prevention. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Can’t access app without paying $25/year
It’s not actually free 🙄 you can’t access any of the app without agreeing to $25 annual subscription or a 14 day trial
