Excellent Medical app

The MyRush app is very user-friendly and easy to use. Unfortunately, I’ve needed to use several different apps in the last few years so I’ve become accustomed to the different types that are out there from other medical providers. This one is very much my favorite. It is designed so that it is very instinctual on where to go next. Kudos to the designers!

Unhappy

I am unable to use face recognition to sign into my account. Every time I try it does not work.

Lost info and app does not work. Can’t even type in my comments. Useless.

In the newest iteration, you’ve lost a great deal of my previous information. Medical providers are missing. I can’t even message doctors that I see. What a waste.

Survivors of

You all have no consideration for those who are healing from trauma. My generation and older have difficulties with technology. You are making this harder! Where is my advocate to assist me. We need our own system we can’t assimilate! Help

Was good till now

Recently was great and no issues until now. Always signed in using Face ID but now it keeps giving me an error saying to reenable biometrics. I sign in and reenable it and keep getting an error once i exit the app.
