Too many notifications
I receive the same information through the app, text and email…how many ways do I need to confirm my appointment, check in for an appointment or rate my experience. It is excessive. Please dial it back or request our preferred form of contact, not all three.

The app is easy to use to check your test results or to schedule or reschedule an appointment as well as sending your doctor an email. It’s also great for letting you know when you need to schedule vaccinations also. I like seeing when my appointments are with my 2 doctors.
