About DownToDate+
To ensure authenticity, we require that all users are verified before permitting access. Currently, healthcare professionals permitted access to the app include physicians, pharmacists, physician assistants, dentists, nurse anesthetists, nurses, nurse practitioners, optometrists, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, student physicians, veterinarians, and podiatrists. But check back soon as we will continue to add verifiable health professions.
You've dedicated yourself to the most noble and sacred calling to serve others. Understandably, no one knows what a career in medicine entails and the hefty toll it exacts financially, physically, and emotionally better than a fellow healthcare worker. We live, learn, laugh, and cry together. Why not love?

Ummm…k
Is this App even for real?
I submitted my bag and credentials over a week ago and have yet to be approved. I went to the app today and it said update required but there is no update on the App Store. Disappointed b/c feel like I can’t use traditional apps b/c patients have seen me on there and tried to even match with me. There is a need for an app like this, but they need to make some major changes.

Consult note
Assessment: Ambitious concept sabotaged by careless execution. UI is clunky and feels unfinished. Pool is anemic; requiring nationwide search to find colleagues. Despite this, the app has the audacity to demand subscription fees without delivering commensurate value. However this is remedied by a six month trial period. Still, monetization strategy is opaque, leaving the impression of a cash-grab rather than a platform built to last. Plan: - Immediate UI/UX redesign; current state is unacceptable - Prioritized physician recruitment before romanticization – charging for an empty waiting room is insulting - Scrap or radically restructure subscription model until clear, tangible value exists - In short: fix the foundation before demanding rent Physician, MD Electronically signed 1:05 AM 9/26/25
