Medius EVV ensures compliance with State and Federal EVV requirements by securely capturing:
• The name of the recipient
• The services provided
• The date, time, and location where services begin
• The date, time, and location where services end
Medius EVV, in addition to its other features, supports offline functionality. Providers can document visits even without an internet connection. The system securely stores encrypted visit data and automatically transmits it once connectivity is restored. This feature ensures that accurate record-keeping is maintained, even in the face of potential disruptions, assuring secure and reliable data transmissions.

Issues with location
Location services seem to be spotty. App will acknowledge my clock in/out but seems to have trouble setting my location, even though I select I’m at clients home. Still says I didn’t add location.

Frustrating
Not intuitive. Difficult for many attendants to use. Unclear instructions given to attendants. Forces EVV staff to troubleshoot/do tech support for attendants. Would be better if the app included a guide with steps for clocking in and out that the attendants can view. Would also be great if there was a responsive customer support team for attendants and EVV staff to contact.
