The RESCUE Select PRO Programming App streamlines programming of the RESCUE Select Truck Stock motor. Developed for use in residential and light commercial blower motor replacement applications, the motor and programming app work in tandem to help HVACR service contractors:
• Identify an original blower motor’s particular horsepower ratings and operating parameters (ex. torque load, fan speed, rotation direction)
• Program an in-stock replacement motor to mimic that original performance profile.
• Stock a smaller range of aftermarket motors and use them to replace nearly any original blower motor or other electrically-powered device or system.
• Program and install a blower motor directly at the point of replacement, versus off site or in the shop.
• Customize or develop new performance profiles that match special or unique application requirements.
The RESCUE Select Programming App is driven by a continuously updated database populated with thousands of OEM motor profiles.
Powered by a robust, cloud-based web service, the RESCUE Select Programming App can be accessed via any smartphone or compatible Wi-Fi-enabled device.

The app doesn’t work at all
I spent 20 looking for my motor ID cause the links in the app don’t work, only to be met with error multiple times and even when I finally got it working it won’t even pair anyways, so what’s the point????

Doesn’t work at all!!
Trying to program a motor and no matter what I do the app errors after connecting to the motor. The app just displays a generic unknown error after connecting. Nidec tech support said there is nothing they can do to help. After spending all the time putting the motor in, I will have to return it to the supply store and get the OEM one as I need a special program. Do yourself a favor and buy the OEM one if you need to program it. This looks like a long running issue where the app and programming most likely has never worked.

Can’t make an account
First time downloading app can’t register an account I enter all information and then it sits there and you can’t click register only cancel and then it just takes you back and erases your information
