Doesn’t connect reliably to devises via Bluetooth.
This app is driving me nuts. I have an iPad and an iPhone and the connection in each case is beyond wonky. It takes multiple tries to join then stops working. Repeat. There is no real help in the app to help with troubleshooting. I have several other blue tooth devises that just work.

Good, but…
This app works well for changing the volume and creating equalizer modes. My big issue, however, is that while it will save my various equalizer modes as a group of selections, the whole system resets every time I put my hearing aids back in the charger. The volume defaults back to 5 for each ear. The equalizer mode also returns to its default setting, which means that every morning, I have to reset the volume back to my comfort levels and reselect my preferred equalizer mode. Another issue, and I don’t know if this is an Apple phone issue or something with the app, my phone sounds are extremely loud in my ear, and although I’ve changed the settings on my phone, it doesn’t seem to make a difference in the hearing aids. I can still adjust the volume for regular use as well as music streaming.
